Position: Management Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Identify business challenges and deliver effective, data-driven solutions to enhance organizational performance

• Develop and implement strategic plans to manage change initiatives efficiently, including project scoping, requirement gathering, scheduling, and execution oversight

• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivery of high-quality outcomes

• Build and nurture strong client relationships by managing expectations and demonstrating subject-matter expertise

• Conduct detailed business process analysis and provide actionable recommendations for operational improvement

• Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices and optimize workflows

• Collect, understand, and analyze data using various methodologies and tools, such as lean six sigma, predictive, regression analysis, and time series

• Handle workforce budgets, track financial impacts, and make informed financial decisions to improve profitability and reduce losses for business

• Use workforce management tools, including NICE IEX, Aspect, ACD platforms, Oracle, and Verint

• Will work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Requirements:

• Masters in Business Administration (any concentration), or related and

• 1 year experience

• 1 year must include experience with workforce management tools: NICE IEX, Aspect, ACD platforms, Oracle, and Verint
